Dispensary at Shepherdswell

Our dispensary is being renovated w/c 15th November, so we would like to ask all patients whose prescriptions are due w/c 15th & 22nd November to kindly arrange for requests to be with us by Friday 5th, so that we can prepare them during next week.

Collection of medication will be the usual time frame, so please do not collect any earlier than they are due.

Test Results


Patients are asked to call between 14.00hrs and 16.00hrs to enquire about test results. We respectfully ask that you do not call for results during our busy morning surgeries.

Please note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. We will only release test results to the person to whom they relate, unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.

When you take your test you will be given an approximate timescale as to how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice.

Your healthcare is a shared responsibility and we ask that you check if your results are back (if you have not heard within 2 weeks) and make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor, if you are advised to do so.
