Shepherdswell Surgery

DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, FOR THE SAFETY OF PATIENTS AND STAFF WE HAVE DECIDED TO MAINTAIN OUR SYSTEM FOR MANAGING FOOTFALL INTO BOTH OUR PRACTICES.

This includes our Shepherdswell branch.

Please be aware that our Shepherdswell branch is not closed, but patients cannot just turn up to the practice; you must call our main surgery on 01304 201705 and arrangements for access to the branch surgery will be made for you.

The dispensary will still be staffed for your prescriptions to collect.

Please DO NOT leave or ring the doorbell to drop off your repeat, instead telephone
the Folkestone Road branch, who will be happy to help you.

Collecting your Prescription: please ring the doorbell and one of the
dispensing staff will hand you your prescription.

Please note they will not be dealing with any other requests, these must be dealt with by calling our main surgery at Folkestone Road.

All telephone calls from the Shepherdswell branch will be diverted
to our main surgery at Folkestone Road.
