Shepherdswell Surgery

Please be aware that our Shepherdswell branch will be closed from 24 March 2020
for the foreseeable future. The dispensary will still be staffed for your prescriptions to collect.  Please DO NOT leave or ring the door to drop off your repeat, instead telephone the Folkestone branch how will be happy to help you.

Collecting Prescription: Please knock on the door and one of the dispensing staff will hand you your prescription. Please note they will not be dealing with any other requests.

All telephone calls from the Shepherdswell branch will be diverted
to our main surgery at Folkestone Road.

Rescue Packs

We are currently NOT issuing 'rescue packs' in the form of just-in-case steroid and antibiotics unless you are known to have severe COPD and have had these before.

Currently routine respiratory reviews will not be undertaken face to face but
by telephone to minimise unnecessary contact.

Asthma patients should continue to manage their condition in the usual way.
