Our dispensary is being renovated w/c 15th November, so we would like to ask all patients whose prescriptions are due w/c 15th & 22nd November to kindly arrange for requests to be with us by Friday 5th, so that we can prepare them during next week.
Collection of medication will be the usual time frame, so please do not collect any earlier than they are due.

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to make an appointment with the practice nurse to discuss your travel arrangements. This will include which countries and areas within countries that you are visiting to determine what vaccinations are required.

It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible - at least 6 weeks before you travel - as a second appointment will be required with the practice nurse to actually receive the vaccinations. These vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock vaccine. Your second appointment needs to be at least 2 weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.
Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.

White Cliffs AQP services is founded on contemporary mobile ultrasound technology held in the community setting, either a GP practice or health centre. These are specifically chosen to improve the patient experience such as; waiting time, good transport links, parking and local access.
We are CQC accredited and AQP certified.
Our clinics are led by qualified Medical Sonographers all trained in the UK with post graduate level in Medical Ultrasound.
Our Sonographers work with consultant radiologist overview to ensure high levels of clinical governance and care.
The following scans are available:
1) MSK (Musculoskeletal) - this service is for people with bone, ligaments, muscle or joints problems, this includes shoulder, elbow, wrists, hands, knee, ankle, foot and other more complex conditions such as rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, lumps and bumps.
2) Abdomen - this service is for people with liver, gallbladder, kidneys, pancreas, spleen and urinary bladder problems
3) Pelvis - this service include trans-abdominal and trans-vaginal scan
5) Groin / Hernia
Our service excludes:
- breast scan
- known cancer sites
All report are sent back within 2 to 3 working days
100% of patient are given feedback forms at their appointment, feedback is analysed by our quality team on a regular basis
